Frustrating Experience with Management

After a lengthy wait for a solution, we decided to cancel yet were still charged. More efficient management is crucial for future guests.

the whole stay at hampton inn was fantastic! the queen room was spacious, super clean, and the bed was so comfortable. it’s close to everything, making it easy to explore. the breakfast lady was especially nice and helpful, which made it even better.

Staff treatment resembled a warm family greeting, especially from Beverly and Pastor Patrick, who even assisted in arranging pizza and providing encouragement for a job interview. The Queen room was spacious and incredibly quiet for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread offered a satisfying variety, including delicious Sicilian pastries. However, the indoor pool was closed during my visit, and limited coffee options in the room were noted as lacking. Despite being pricier than other options, the overall experience felt worthwhile.

The indoor pool was perfect for a post-ceremony chill, and we enjoyed the breakfast spread each morning. The only hitch was I booked a king room but got two queens instead, yet it didn't ruin our stay! 🎉

We spent a night here and it was super convenient! The room was comfy and had enough space for us. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent, too. It was nice that we were close to all the places we wanted to check out. Just wish the pool was open later.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My grandson loved the complimentary breakfast buffet and the indoor pool was a huge hit! The free snacks like chocolate chip cookies.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.
